Bar-B-Que Turkey
Meatloaf
3/4 cup Bottled BBQ Sauce 1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce 2 slices White Bread, torn into 1/2" pieces 1 can (19 oz.) Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained 1-1/2 lbs. Ground Turkey 1/3 cup grated Onion 1 Egg 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil, coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce in bowl, combine with Worcestershire and stir in bread. Let stand until softened. In another bowl, mash beans with 1/4 cup of sauce. Mix turkey, onion, egg, parsley and bean mix with bread mixture. On pan, shape into 11x4 loaf. Bake 45 mins. Brush on remaining 1/4 cup sauce during last 10 mins. Makes 8 servings. |
